Sony launches the ultra-slim Xperia Z4 tablet

Sony launched its 10.1-inch tablet, the Xperia Z4 tablet at MWC event. The Z4 will be the successor to the Xperia Z2 tablet. The tablet is scheduled to launch by June and will come in only wi-fi as well as 4G LTE models. There is no confirmation regarding the price but the tablet will be launched in Black and White colour.
The ultra-slim Z4 tablet is just 6.1 mm thick, which makes it slimmer than a lot of phones including the iPhone 6. The tablet is also IP65 and IP68 certified for dust and water resistance, the company claims that the tablet can survive 30 minutes in 1.5 meter deep water.
The 10.1-inch display is an IPS Triluminos panel that features a resolution of 2560x1600 pixels which yields a pixel density of 300ppi and is covered with scratch resistant glass. The tablet will run on the latest Android Lollipop 5.0.
The tablet will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SoC which is a 64-bit processor. For multitasking the chipset is supported by three gigs of RAM and an Adreno 430 GPU for graphic intensive tasks.
